Terms of service

Last updated: October 3, 2026

These terms cover the AI Engineer Profile Audit, offered by Jawad A. as an individual in Ontario, Canada. Booking a paid session means you agree to them.

What you get

Feedback on your LinkedIn, resume and GitHub from a Hiring Manager's point of view, as described for the tier you book: written for the Audit, live for the Rebuild and Lead Rebuild. You make the changes; I review them within the window listed for your tier.

What this isn't

• Not a job placement or recruiting service. I don't sell referrals or introductions.
• No guarantee of a job, interview or salary. Results depend on you, the market and each employer.
• Not legal, immigration or financial advice.

Payment and refunds

• Prices are in Canadian dollars and paid at booking through Cal.com and Stripe.
• Audit guarantee: if your audit has fewer than 10 specific, actionable fixes, tell me within 14 days of receiving it and you get a 100% refund.
• Rebuild guarantee: if you make the recommended changes and apply to 30 roles matching your target within 45 days without getting an interview, you get one extra session and one extra review, free.
• Cancel more than 24 hours before your first session for a full refund. Later cancellations and missed sessions can be rescheduled once.

Your materials

Your resume and profile stay yours. The written audit is for your personal use; please don't resell or republish it. See the privacy notice for how I handle your information.

Limits

My total responsibility for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. I may update them; the version in place when you book applies to your booking.
