Privacy notice

I'm Jawad A., and I run the AI Engineer Profile Audit as an individual based in Toronto, Ontario. This notice explains what personal information I collect, why, and what you can ask me to do with it.

What I collect

• What you send me: your resume, LinkedIn and GitHub links, target roles, and anything you share in messages or calls.
• Booking details: your name, email and chosen time, collected by Cal.com when you book.
• Payment: handled by Stripe. I never see or store your full card number.
• Your email, if you ask for the free Guide: stored by Kit, the email service I use. You confirm it with one click, which also lets me send you occasional profile tips and AI/ML roles. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from future emails.
• Site visits: counted with GoatCounter, which doesn't use tracking cookies or follow you across other sites. I see totals like page views, referring sites and button clicks, not who you are.

How I use it

• To deliver the audit or session you booked, and to follow up about it.
• To improve the service using patterns across profiles (for example, "60% of profiles left their current role blank"). These figures never identify anyone.

I don't sell your information, and I don't share it with recruiters or employers.

Examples and testimonials

Examples on this site and in the free Guide are anonymized: names, employers, schools and numbers are changed. Testimonials are real messages, shown with changed names. I'll only publish a before/after or quote from you with your permission, and I'll remove one on request.

Who else handles it

Only the services needed to run this: Cal.com (booking), Stripe (payment), Kit (email), GoatCounter (site stats), GitHub Pages (hosting) and the video tool used for live sessions. Some of them may store data outside Canada.

How long I keep it

I keep your materials and my notes for up to 12 months after your audit ends, so I can help with follow-up questions, then delete them. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires.

Your choices

You can ask me to see, correct or delete what I hold about you at any time, including if you've only messaged me. Send me a message on LinkedIn and I'll reply within 30 days.
